Best VPN

Im having a real hard time with this version. Im not sure if its the new iOS version or current tunnelbear one.
Its shows Im connected but nothing seems to work. I have to disconnect and connect once again.
Also, it asks me to reinstall my profile all the time. :(
Im currently aboard the ship I work, and my companys network block almost every website. I bought tunnelbear and before this new versions, ios and tunnelbear ones, everything worked just fine but now Im havinh a big hard time to use my apps.
